The opening night of my girlfriend's art show is this Friday & I'd like to find a long dress with movement that is still relatively flattering. There's something charming about long, draped, black, & hooded clothes. I like the simplicity, yet there's a shadow of mystique that's simultaneously stated. I would do pumps of glory to the gods if I could find a long dark dress before then WITH A HOOD! I envision as I'm getting ready, my doorbell rings, I go to greet the nightly phantom that leaves behind an ornate rack with a garment bag tagged with, "This is for you, Sweet Love (assuming it would mean me, because I'm making this fantasy)." Holy shit! Talk about manifestation. I'll let you know after it happens...

I think the long, hooded gown is too fashion-forward to find in an affordable version (read: knock-off) right now. You should make one!
